The old mill’s top room has thick walls, a stove and the sound of the race running under the floor.

An old log room with one small window, and sunlight falling across the floorboards.

It’s the smallest place we have and the one guests write to us about most. Breakfast comes up in a basket at the time you choose. The brick has been there for two hundred years, and it holds the heat long after the stove goes out.
